T&S Roofing Systems was founded in 2004 when Louis Toledo, a Florida state-licensed roofing contractor and general contractor, joined forces with Ernesto Sanchez, a 30-year veteran roofing professional from Miami, Florida. The company has over 70 in-house employees, most of which have been part of the T&S Team for over 5 years. All crews are fully uniformed, professionally trained in roofing and OSHA safety practices, and no sub-contractors are used. Armed with a fleet of over 30 company-marked work trucks seen all across South Florida, our crews begin 10-15 roofing projects per week on residential and commercial tile, metal, shingle, and flat roofs. We also install less common cedar wood shake, slate, and green roofs, and perform roof repairs and maintenance on residential homes and commercial facilities.
It starts with Maycol, giving me all the details that we needed to know to what goes into a new roof. Broke it down for me to have a better understanding of what was going on since this was the first major repair I was doing to my home. Danielle, was great keeping me posted with dates and times of the project through text and email. She was always on point. And Anthony, spearheading the project. Never missed a beat. He kept me up to tabs with every single step in the project. If he wasn’t on site in the morning he was definitely there in the afternoons making sure everything went according to plan.
